Selling entire MTG collection

Hello Everyone,

After not having played with my cards for several years, it's time to say "zai jian" to them and to entrust someone else with them who will appreciate them as much as I once did. The collection includes 1616 cards from Revised (1994), Fallen Empires, 4th Edition, Ice Age, Chronicles (Arabian Nights, Antiquities, Legends, The Dark), Homelands, Alliances, Mirage, Visions, Weatherlight, Tempest, Stronghold and Exodus, in chronological order. The collection includes more than 200 uncommon and rare cards as well as a couple dozen or so gold cards. The overall condition of the cards is "very good" - some are a little worn around the edges, but the majority are in excellent or near mint condition. If you have a cardlist it'd be worth posting here. For your information, a lot of these cards are likely to be worthless but if you've any old dual lands or particularly valuable cards it might be interesting!

Damn Most of the cards in this collection are over one and a half decades old, but I guess Magic cards aren't like stamps or wine, huh? lol Damn Wizards of the Coast for printing so many cards with the same abilities! Anyway, I wasn't going to take up forum space with my long list, but since you asked... I guess I do have some cards that fit your description, but I do have to stress again (to anyone reading this) that I'm not willing to sell off individual cards - if you want to buy my gold mine, you have to buy all the rocks and dust that come with it One more thing I should add is that I have multiples of some cards, so if you want more info, then post a reply or e-mail me. Well, you don't need to actually take the whole collection, as long as you pay for the whole collection! On a serious note, as long as I feel that I am receiving compensation that is adequate or meets the minimum value of the entire collection, then I guess I could pawn off a smaller number of cards, and you can then either just take those cards and leave me with the rest (although I'd be kind of surprised if you did that ) or be "weighed down" with all of them and just use the ones you don't want as toilet paper (although I wouldn't recommend it! lol). It's not just about money. I have respect for this game and my cards are like a family, and I don't like breaking up families. It's also an issue of time - I'm a busy man and I don't have time to talk to and meet up with a bunch of people, squabbling over the price of individual cards. My collection needs a new home. I hope there's someone who can provide it.

Just an update: The collection is still up for grabs! So far I've been offered just peanuts and buttons - less, even, than the official value of just one card. What is it with people wanting something for nothing? These of some of the first cards ever printed. I'd rather burn them than accept next to nothing for them. Heck, I'm running a bit short on the ol' firewood anyway. I'm not going to be here for much longer, so...post haste, people
